| 4-1 | Inspect and grease tailwheel, check springs and safety wires |
| 4-2 | Use engine hoist to unload one main wheel; tie opposite wheel to substantial weight to hold on ground |
| 4-3 | Remove wheel; inspect the brake system for wear |
| 4-4 | Inspect and repack (grease) wheel bearings |
| 4-5 | Check tire condition and pressure; check valve condition (cracks, bending) |
| 4-6 |
Remove landing gear (oleo system); check bolts for corrosion and wear

Drain and flush oleo; replace oil with air tool oil; refurbish as needed
