Step 7. Repairing and Covering the Ailerons

The trailing edge had to be removed and replaced and the aileron ends straightened.  I then attached the ailerons to the wings and found that they did not line up.  With fear in my heart, I put pressure on the ailerons to bend them to the shape of the wing. 

 

Next came cleaning, covering, and brushing with Poly-Fiber.
